  • The decision was made in response to the disproportionate access that the baby boomer generation has had to investment opportunities over the last 30 years.
  • Significant wealth gap has made it difficult for millennials to access investment opportunities and participate in the American dream.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Sarson Funds, a leading provider of digital asset investment strategies, has announced that it will adjust focus away from investors between the ages of 58-78 for its crypto strategies. This decision, which was made in response to the disproportionate access that the baby boomer generation has had to investment opportunities over the last 30 years, is a step forward for inclusivity in the digital asset market.

The massive wealth accumulated by the baby boomer generation has created promotion problems for subsequent generations, adversely affecting younger workers such as millennials. According to a report by the New York Times, the average net worth of households headed by someone 65 or older is $1.06 million, compared to just $69,000 for households headed by someone under 35. This significant wealth gap has made it difficult for millennials to access investment opportunities and participate in the American dream.

Sarson Funds' decision to focus away from baby boomers for its crypto strategies is a step forward in addressing this issue. By creating more opportunities for younger investors to access and benefit from the digital asset revolution, Sarson Funds hopes to create a more diverse and inclusive investment market.

"The crypto market is still in its early stages, and there is a significant opportunity for growth and innovation in this space," said Sarson Funds CEO, John Sarson. "However, regulations limiting the numbers of investors permitted in private placement vehicles to just 100 investors has caused crypto investment firms to require minimum investments of $250,000 or more for many offerings."

Sarson continued, "This makes it difficult for certain investment groups in the United States, such as millennials, to access and benefit from this opportunity. While we accept investors of all legal ages, our decision to focus on groups other than baby boomers is a step forward in addressing this issue and creating a more diverse and inclusive investment market."
